Mkz date night experience I had the opportunity to test drive an MKZ as part of the Lincoln Date Night program the past two days. I must say that I have never experienced this level of customer service in all my 40+ years of car buying. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect and with absolutely NO pressure to purchase the car or even a mention of the cost of the vehicle; let alone whether I had any interest in purchasing it. To be honest, I felt so comfortable with my salesperson that by the end of our conversation when I returned the car, I told him what vehicle I would be interested in purchasing next summer and would he please keep an eye out for me. Really!! Who does that?! Who tells a car salesperson to contact them in 6 months?!? That's how much confidence Gene instilled in me in two days. Thank you! More

LOVE MY FUSION Bob Paytas was not your normal salesman. He was NOT pushy at all. He explained everything and helped me to make a GREAT decision. I previously owned the Ford Taurus - actually three of them so it was a tough decision buying a Fusion over the new Taurus. The new Fusion basically is the old Taurus. Bob spent extra time with me at delivery explaining the multitude of things the car does. Even had to meet with him later to "retrain" me. Definitely will refer him to others and return to him when I purchase my next Fusion. Always have Klaben service my vehicles too. They are very competent. More
