Quality Service with a Smile I would like to start this review with the fact that for years I was a Buick owner. Switching to Ford (a Fusion) and getting a new car from Klaben wa I would like to start this review with the fact that for years I was a Buick owner. Switching to Ford (a Fusion) and getting a new car from Klaben was one of the best decisions I have made. Their service, especially the body shop, has been very good. They took my car for repair and I did not have to wait for an appointment. I didn't have it sitting around while I drove the loaner. Their concern for me is outstanding and I am a first time Ford owner. I believe that we owners of Klaben products, all get the same TLC. I have had other new cars and no one has cared for me and my car like Klaben employees have. I will return for my next new car, my next oil change and tire rotation and whatever else I need. By the way, the cookies and donuts in the waiting area are very good! Service with a smile and a treat component. More

He was set me up with a favorable appointment. Steve is a professional (and dressed the part) who is very knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done and the approximate time that would be needed for the repair. The repair was seamless and I was pleased with the showroom appearance when my truck was returned to me (mats were even cleaned from winter salt). At time of pick-up, Steve was prepared made sure that I was happy with the result which made my entire experience at the Klaben Collision Center favorable.
