Great Dealership We drove an hour to Klaben Lincoln/Ford to see a used 2013 Lincoln MKX. Doug Beavers was sad to tell us that it sold the night before. Doug Beavers took time to get to know us even though we were set on a particular color, maybe look around and see if he could find what we wanted. As we were ready to leave Doug asked if we would be interested in a Ford Edge. We looked, it was a nice car but not a Lincoln. Next to the Edge was a 2014 Black Metal flake, not really what we would choose... Long story short, Doug Worked with us to get a deal we could not turn down. Klaben is a great dealership, with superior associates. Thank you Doug for a great buying experience, no pressure, & very knowledgeable. We needed a truck for my husband, we wa This is my second time buying a vehicle from Roscoe at Klaben Ford. We purchesed a new Ford Fusion in October. We needed a truck for my husband, we wanted to pay cash as we did not want another new car payment so I called Roscoe told him what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. Now we live out of state so the idea of buying a new to us used truck from a different state then we live in was a bit scary but Roscoe did his best to rid our fears and found us a great truck!!! In Maryland you have to get an inspection on any car you title it is very long and intense and I was a little worried about it passing but Roscoe and everyone at Klaben assured us it would and guess what..we just got it inspected and the man who inspected it was very jealous of the truck, he said it was in amazing shape and was shocked that we bought it from a "northern" state. I can't say enough about everyone at Klaben they really know how to treat and take care of their customers and I would recommend everyone go so see them. Oh and on a side note my brother just went and bought a new Ford from Roscoe today..he really is great!! More

He also is very knowledgable on your vehicle you are purchasing and really takes the time to make sure you understand all of the features of the vehicle and answer any questions you may have. I traded in my used car and purchased a newer used car, however I drove I had an excellent experience at Klaben Ford with Matt Hryb and Tom Nicodemus. I traded in my used car and purchased a newer used car, however I drove some new cars before choosing. I came with an idea of what I wanted to test drive, and Matt was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the stock as, on a cold, rainy evening, I went through my lists, and compared pros and cons of the vehicles I liked. The whole process, from test driving, choosing my car, paperwork and financing, was pressure-free and positive. Klaben, as well as Matt and Tom never made me feel rushed or used any gimmicks to push me towards anything but what met my needs. And 2 weeks after the purchase, when I realized I left a disc in the disc drive, Tom helped track down my vehicle, get the disc back for me, and took the time to answer any questions I had about my new car, now that I had had time to drive it. Excellent customer service all the way around!! I highly recommend this dealership and these two salesmen. More
