Excellent Service I went in with the idea in my head that I wanted a Ford Escape. I had been driving a little Honda Civic for years and was ready for a bigger car. After test driving and learning more about the Ford Escape, I was still uncertain. Tom brought up the idea of a Jeep. I have always wanted a Jeep and never really took it into consideration that day. After test driving and learning more about the car I knew this is what I wanted. Both Tom and Ty were very knowledgeable about both vehicles I drove. I am known to change my mind and be very indecisive but they were both extremely patient and helpful. I am a recent college graduate and this is my first car in my own name. They knew my budget and knew the color and features of the Jeep that I wanted. They were not only able to offer me the exact Jeep I wanted in my price range, but also install a backup camera feature for me that I relied on in my prior car. I have nothing but great things to say about Klaben and the service we received at this dealership. I am extremely happy with how everything worked out and would recommend this dealership along with Ty and Tom to anyone. More

Quick and painless I went into klaben in the early afternoon expecting to just test drive and possibly hold a used car until the insurance money came in from my old one. Danny and Tyler showed me the car I had in mind, explaining all of its features and letting me drive it for as long as I want. After deciding on the vehicle, we talked numbers a bit. The car was already within the fair range on kbb. Danny had the numbers crunched and got me in-house financing at an extremely competitive rate while only having to put down a third of what I had originally intended. About an hour and a half later, the keys were mine and Tyler showed me most of the features inside the car and ensured that I had all my questions answered. All the staff members I encountered were polite and helpful. I will recommend klaben ford to family and friends in the future! More
