Worth the 2 Hr drive I drove to Klaben to work with Tex Welch on buying a certified used Ford Escape. He was very patient with me, making sure I was happy with my choice. After I had made my choice he even treated my mother and law and I to dinner. Tex spent extra time after papers were signed teaching me how to use the features of my car, and since my mother in law also owns a ford, was walking her through how to use her own car, and told her to call him with any questions since her dealership and salesman didn't help her with the technology. After searching in Columbus for weeks for a deal as good as Klaben was offering, it was really worth it to make the 2 hour drive to Kent. I will absolutely be back. More
