Excellent Service I came to Klaben looking for a 2009 Ford Fusion that I found on the internet. My wife and I stopped at the Used Car Klaben store and the car was not t I came to Klaben looking for a 2009 Ford Fusion that I found on the internet. My wife and I stopped at the Used Car Klaben store and the car was not there. The guy found it at 1089 West Main Street just a couple of blocks away. He called ahead and Tex Welch had the car waiting for us even before we pulled into the lot. Tex greeted us before getting to the door. He asked us if this was the car we were looking for and we responded yes. We told him we were not from Kent area and he was very helpful guiding us through Kent on the test drive. He answered all of our questions and even pointed out some options we did not consider. An example was how to pay for the car and various payments options. He explained to us how Klaben offered coupons for maintaining the car and the extended bumper to bumper warranty package. I found Tex to be very helpful in answering all of our questions. and we felt very happy in moving forward with the purchase of the car. The next time I go looking for a car.
