BETTER THAN EXPECTED EXPERIENCE It was time to buy a new truck. I had had Ford trucks in the past & knew that is what I wanted. I went to two local Ford dealerships & had two tota It was time to buy a new truck. I had had Ford trucks in the past & knew that is what I wanted. I went to two local Ford dealerships & had two totally different buying experiences. The first dealership I went to I had inquired about the truck online. A person from the dealership called me. We talked for a few minutes & I told the person I would call the following day & then come in. I called the next day, talked to the same person & said I would be in an hour. I went to the dealership, met with the person I had talked to & immediately was handed off to someone else. Not what I was expecting. The new salesperson showed me the inventory he had (limited compared to Klaben). Salesperson found what I wanted at another dealership, quoted me a price & that was about it. Let me walk out the door & said he would be in touch. He never showed much enthusiasm & didn't go over the features of the Ford truck. On to Klaben & Joe Bellian, sales associate. Joe was friendly, interested in helping me, and very knowledgeable about the Ford trucks. In advance of test driving a truck, Joe first reviewed all the features of the exterior. Next, he explained all the features of the interior. It was a good 20 minutes before I put the truck in drive...a very well-spent 20 minutes. Joe's thorough product knowledge & helpful attitude helped me have the utmost confidence in him as a sales person. Back in the showroom, Joe & I talked price, then negotiated back & forth. Andy Bellian (sales manager) got involved & we came up with an agreed price for the truck. The financing was taken care of right at the dealership---also a good experience. Initially (and based on my unsatisfying time at the previous dealership), I was not looking forward to the buying experience. My experience with Klaben Ford was amazingly better than expected. My thanks to Joe & Andy for making my truck-buying experience so positive & satisfying. Because of these two, I'm looking forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with Klaben Ford. fast,friendly,easy to work with My family went to klaban as a second choice.We didnt know about them, How you ask? No clue. First I e-mailed the dealership to see if the car i saw on the site was still available and they said yes. They were closed the next day so the dealer I spoke to moved the car to a place I could easily find. * I didnt see it* So I called him on his day off and he sent me an e-mail telling me he was sorry and he also answered my million and one questions about the car. Then I went in to look at it the next day. He had it parked right near the door key in hand and met us at the car we didnt have to go looking for him at all. And he shook our hands right off the bat. He was very patient with me while i looked at the car. Then we took it for a spin and we started talking shop he was willing to deal with me a female. Last dealer ship wasnt they were rude the whole time. Then my dealer took me on a test drive It was love at first shift. I told him i would have to talk to my dad because he makes all the decisions in my family so they set a time to meet the next day. My mom and dad took it for a test drive and loved it as well. From there it was fast going did i mention the dealer interacted alot with my 9 year old answering questions for him. Anyways once we decided we wanted the car everything went fast and smooth and we were out of there within about a hour and a half with me having a new car. Everyone we met was polite they didnt lie to us and they didnt pressure us at all. And they were very willing to work with us to meet our needs. I will go back to the dealership again for my next car and hopefully my same dealer will be there. More
