As the manager, I take full responsibility for what happens here at Quick lane and as such, I apologize that we failed to deliver the level of customer service we expect and you deserve. I am truly sorry that you were inconvenienced because of our attitude and lack of attention to the task at hand. Our team failed for not communicating the condition of the brake drums. This condition is not abnormal for our region of the country but it certainly is not a reason to bypass the inspection of the rear brakes. We failed to follow our standard and professional processes and as such, we inconvenienced you.
