I was impressed at how well they worked together to meet my needs. They were patient, informative and gave me a lot to think about. They went out of their way to make every part of the process go as smoothly as possible, including the financing paperwork. I would highly recommend a buying experience with these men.'They were genuinely as excited as I was about my purchase. Jennifer was efficient, precise and very kind. She answered questions in a pleasant manner and never made me feel as if I were asking silly questions.. Andy was very pleasant as I paid for the service provided before I even picked up the truck. All of the employees seem to be part of a team that deeply cares about the customer. Mr. Klaben has done an excellent job creating a buyer friendly dealership. Good job fixing my car I've always been very pleased with the work they do at Klaben on my 2013 Escape. I was able to drop the car off on Friday evening and pick it up Satu I've always been very pleased with the work they do at Klaben on my 2013 Escape. I was able to drop the car off on Friday evening and pick it up Saturday morning and all was fixed. My only problem was the call I received from the serviceman was extremely difficult to hear and understand. I wasn't 100% sure what he said but had confidence it would be okay. I learned I need to check the seat position before I leave the parking lot. They reclined the seat so far back I couldn't reach the steering wheel without sitting far forward. I had trouble figuring out how to return the seat back to the upright position. The price for the service was only okay because I had purchased a warranty. Over $400 for a switch in the steering wheel seems to be awfully steep. Without the warranty I would not have had the work done. My car is too new to have such a problem as a switch in the steering wheel go bad. (This was the switch that allows me to reset the trip distance, etc.) More

This is my 3rd New Lease from Klaben in Kent I was looking for a new 2016 Jeep Renegade. I wanted the 25th Anniversary Edition in the jungle green color. Went to Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent, met Nathan Bryant, shared my financial needs and they were able to put me in a new car that had only 29 miles.
