He brought it too us and once she looked at this this was not what she wanted. Matt took us too the lot so she could look around. Matt made 2 more trips to get key's. And she found her dream car. But I got that good feeling about Klaben, and it worked out well. Their representative, Richard "Buddy" Moore was fantastic. I flew in to Cleveland, and he picked me up, had everything ready for the transaction, etc, and was pleasant and professional to boot. Even though I don't live in Ohio, I truly believe if I purchase a new Ford truck in the future, I'll travel there to get it.
