We were debating between a 3rd row vehicle and a truck. Being a family of 5 that travels, we wanted space and towing capacity. Brandon worked to show us the pros/cons of both the Explorer and F150. He helped us in understanding both vehicles and how they would suit us. Ultimately we found the F150 to be the best option for us as it gave us a better towing capacity and wouldn't limit us in the long run. After missing out on a couple good deals, Brandon kept us informed when a truck was available with the options we felt were necessary for our next purchase. Klaben Ford is a great dealer to work with, they listened to our needs both in the vehicle we wanted and where we needed to be with our bottom line.
