Very Personable This past month has been a whirlwind of appointments for my Escape. I originally took it in for coolant problems, which was a story in itself. Then, t This past month has been a whirlwind of appointments for my Escape. I originally took it in for coolant problems, which was a story in itself. Then, that led to other car problems which ended up at the Klaben service center a few times - and that was frustrating and inconvenient. During the entire time, the staff at Klaben, including Rich Klaben himself, helped me through it. They included a few incentives along the way which made the process run smoothly. They also picked up my Escape from my work (and dropped it off after the service was done) when it was having problems and the staff knew I couldn't find the time to come in. This was very convenient! Tom Alcorn (service manager) was very personable and easy to work with because he was patient and took his time understanding the issues. Mona Crooks was also a great service person, for she helped me in the very beginning of the process. The end was result of service was fantastic and I recommend Klaben. I want to thank each of these people for their kindness and understanding! More
My first lease! I've been on the fence about leasing for a while now. After moving closer to work I decided to look at this option more seriously. New F-150 still broke Not to sure where to start but I have taken my F-150 into the shop twice 4 losing oil pressure while driving and the amount of smoke coming out of the Not to sure where to start but I have taken my F-150 into the shop twice 4 losing oil pressure while driving and the amount of smoke coming out of the the exhaust show the video of the amount of smoke coming out of my exhaust pipe and the only thing I get is we have to do an oil consumption test I am now on my second oil consumption test I've had 3 oil changes and this is a brand new 2016 F150 I shouldn't be having the problems I'm having it does not seem to be getting fixed.
