At the dealer I have used before, service always seemed kind of irritated that you were there, and there definitely was no walking in without an appointment in advance. More

I was looking for a model in this class which was difficult to find and it was right there when I arrived. Nate my salesperson was extremely friendly, helpful, and not pushy. Financing department was also friendly, helpful and not too pushy on extras.
