I was extremely disappointed with the handling of my Edge. To make a long story short, the service engine light was on well before my extended warranty ran out. It was on at my last oil change. I was told it was regarding my gas cap. When I brought it in 2 Saturdays ago it was still on, I waited an exceptionally long time for my oil change and was told it would be $120 now to diagnose the engine light. Funny...warranty expired...now we pay attention to the light. I cannot fault Kyle. He was very, very sweet. He knew I was upset and called later in the afternoon to try and offer to pick my car up free of charge. Couldn't take him up on it. My husband and I traded in both our cars and purchased 2 new cars at another Ford dealer and received great deals and great treatment! I am sorry that it came to this. And I must say the Mike Brandvold has ALWAYS been outstanding and I will miss working with him! More

Had a recall, no problem My 2014 f150 and my wife's 2016 fusion both had recalls. Called my salesman Chris Moldas he directed me to Eric. Eric had me in the next day fixed the My 2014 f150 and my wife's 2016 fusion both had recalls. Called my salesman Chris Moldas he directed me to Eric. Eric had me in the next day fixed the the one next day fixed the other, both were done in a great timetable. Eric made everything easy fast and efficient. Also had a question about the dash on my daughters car Tom Alcorn gave great advice I was able fix it right away. The team at Klaben is awesome what else can I say. More

Best car sales experience! I absolutely hate going to car dealerships.......however.....I have to say this was the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesman I absolutely hate going to car dealerships.......however.....I have to say this was the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesman, Doug Beavers, was so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I didn't feel like I was being hassled or pressured even once! And when we were going through the finance department, Stephanie Slomberg was very friendly and made the paperwork process go so smoothly and in a very organized fashion. One definite bonus was the kids play corner....my 19 month daughter was able to stay entertained while we were going through the car shopping process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody looking to purchase a new Ford or Lincoln! More

I knew even though Ty works at the Ford store, if I was finally going to get my Jeep Wrangler, Ty was my man. He never left me feeling like he’s only cared about the sale, because he took the time to talk to me, and really got to know me. Even when I talked to other Dealerships about the pricing Ty stayed in contact with me. It took a few weeks to finally complete the process, but Ty and the Klaben auto stores worked the hardest to get me into my Wrangler at the best price. More
Right a wrong It took a bit for my F-15 to get fixed. I was finally heard and now my car is running great no problems at all. Best in Service When you enter the Klaben service facility it is bright and clean. The service lane was entirely full of vehicles and their owners. We had no less than 5 persons greet us or assisted in getting our vehicle in for service. Kyle Sott repaired our hood latch while our vehicle was still in the service lane. He had the latch repaired in less than 2 minutes. By the time Kyle had checked all of our Lincolns lights and under-hood fluid levels our service advisor was ready to complete our service documents. This was the first time we had Don Xu as a service writer. Don is a really personable service advisor. We were discussing the pronunciation of has last name and he began telling my wife and I about his family and even showed us pictures of his wife and kids. Don Xu had our Lincoln in serviced and washed in less than 1 1/2 hours. It doesn't get any better than that. What a great place to do business! More
