Between my family, my mother, father, brothers, in laws and friends we have purchased well over 30 vehicles over the last 25 years from Klaben Ford. This was the first time I worked with Doug Carter, my salesman on this purchase, and it was the smoothest vehicle purchase to date. I was able to talk to Doug a couple of times on the phone about what I was looking for and when he told me he had it I drove up. He delivered exactly what we discussed at exactly the price and payment we agreed on. After deciding to move forward with the purchase Doug informed me I would be signing with Christine Klaben and he promised that she was exceptional and fast. He was accurate again. The paper work has always been my least favorite part of the purchase process. She explained everything, answered my questions, and guided me through the whole signing process in about 15 minutes. I recommend Klaben Ford, Doug Carter, and Christine Klaben as highly as I possibly can. Simply an excellent experience! More
