Fair/average service and experience I scheduled my appointment on line and dropped my keys and car the night before my 8:00 am service appointment. I did not know or meet the technician assigned to my car. When I went to pick up my car later in the afternoon everyone was busy and no one greeted me. I wandered around trying to get someone to acknowledge me. A man walked in and asked if I'd been helped. I explained no and that I was picking up my car. He pointed to two techs on the right and said one of them would help me when they got off the phone. They didn't. Two employees walked into the garage and stood and talked to each other ignoring me. Meanwhile, the original person that spoke to me disappeared. There was no one at the cashier's desk but there was a lady at the rental desk and apparently could not help me. Just then, a young couple with kids walked into the garage and were immediately greeted by the two men talking. This upset me. The guy that originally talked to us reemerged from the back. I said "hey, can someone help me? I just want my car!" He said "hold on" and went into the back again and then returned and told me the lady at the rental desk would help me... She seemed put off and reluctantly helped me. She took my credit card and gave me the receipt and never reviewed with me. I was not pleased with your service or my experience and giving you 3 stars is probably too kind. More
