Excellent service I came in because another dealership made a mistake while doing a recall job fixing my door latch. This dealership found the problem and corrected it I came in because another dealership made a mistake while doing a recall job fixing my door latch. This dealership found the problem and corrected it quickly and efficiently. They even offered me shuttle service to nearby locations for lunch. The whole thing took just over and hour and I was impressed by their service skills. They also have a great lounge/waiting room with soda and donuts. Within hours the dealership service center had diagnosed the problem and come up with a solution. There was no reason for us to be concerned that Klaben would give us the "run-around" -- they replaced the windshield, steam cleaned the rugs, and detailed the car with no charge to us. They also gave us a loaner off the lot, which minimized our inconvenience with this newly-purchased car. More
