My Service manager Shalon was very professional and helpful. My only complaint was with the length of time to get the service completed. I made an appointment for two weeks out when they could servic helpful. My only complaint was with the length of time to get the service completed. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee off of Chris a year ago and recently brought it in for it's first service. Chris was great to work with during the purchase, as well as the manager, Tim Beane. My new Jeep had an electrical problem with the air bag. The part from Jeep took a while to be delivered to Klaben. Klaben promptly installed it when it came in and called me right away when it was ready fo The part from Jeep took a while to be delivered to Klaben.
