Took a week to get back and we had to call for status updates. Second experience was for a recall. They scheduled our appointment (IN PERSON and wrote it on the paperwork) and then we found out they never put us in the computer so we had no appointment. They tried to push us back over a month for next appointment. We had to complain to sales team to get us put back in in a more timely manner. More

I worked with Joe Hilliard, who took charge of the case, made the right calls, keeping me well informed along the way.
