I scheduled a service appointment with Joe Hilliard for several different things that needed done. Joe assisted me in picking out a new set of tires for my Ram truck and explaining my options. I live 45 minutes away from Klaben, but I bought a certified preowned jeep from them. I had a local technician notice an issue with my car while getting an oil change. I called Klaben and spoke to Joe certified preowned jeep from them. I had a local technician notice an issue with my car while getting an oil change. I called Klaben and spoke to Joe, and while they were booked out for service for a month, once I described the issue he said that it sounded like an emergency and to bring it in next day. I went first thing the next day, he said he would let me know when they were able to take a look and see what was going on. While they didn’t have any loaners available, he set me up with a rental. At first I was disappointed, hoping I wouldn’t incur any charges, but Joe called me the next morning to let me know he was able to get my car looked at, they diagnosed the problem, and they had the part in stock. He got my car back to me the next day. I’m very thankful for how understanding and quick he was to get the car looked at, we have two kids and I was worried about switching everything over from my car to the rental and back again. He took care of us, I’d make the drive again anytime because of the service that we received. 6/5 would recommend. More
