The person who assisted me was amazing however the service received sucks. I had 2 issues and needed an oil change and no issues were resolved, I only got the oil change after waiting hrs. Also the “c service received sucks. I had 2 issues and needed an oil change and no issues were resolved, I only got the oil change after waiting hrs. Also the “complementary wash” was horrible, I went and got a real car wash as soon as I left. This is my second time here and both experiences were not the best. I don’t think I will return for a third time. More

Infiniti service center is very thorough for preventive maintenance. They gave detailed description as to what vehicle needs. Unfortunately I found prices a little to expensive.
