She’s super knowledgeable and knows exactly what’s best for me John and Chris always made sure my car is taken care of when being serviced from start to finish. If there’s a problem they address it with me immediately! I can’t forget Megan for making appointments and keeping me telephone informed. Ever since Super Storm Sandy I wound up at Kings and have leased four cars with them. I could not be any happier and yet so close to home. I never dread bringing my car in for service! I am very happy this time because I have restored my car as if it was new. They fixed all the problems you mentioned. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to wait for my car to be taken in and that staff communicated with me related to the progress of my repair. It would be nice to have a loaner or a ride back hom car to be taken in and that staff communicated with me related to the progress of my repair.
