Good Morning Mr. Rodriguez, Kings Infiniti addressed the concerns your car came in for , fuel tank baffle, exhaust. Our shop Forman , with over 20 years experience with infiniti , spent time with you and the advisor addressing your concerns for a vibration at idle with a/c on and speedometer fluctuation. we spent over 3 additional hours re-inspecting vehicle and advised all repairs competed and tremble at idle with ac load is normal operation for a 15 year old car, we understand you car has only 13k and advised rubber components , such as dampeners, mounts and hoses ect. settle and may cause settling . We advised you we provide a 1 year 12k war on parts and labor on our repairs and also recommended you bring the car to another dealer to reevaluate. At this time we do not recommend any repair and find to be normal. we did not reproduce your concern with the fuel tank sender , we inspected again and found proper operation. After we reviewed these concerns you refused to pick up your car , We didn't force you to take your car but advised you a storage charge of $ 50.00 per day was being assessed since you refused to pick up your vehicle , We released your vehicle and did not charge storage and advised you best way to proceed with discovery on concerns. we are here if any additional assistance may be needed and please feel free to contact me if you have any results from the inspection, thanks, Stephan Soto , Kings Infiniti

First of all I went in for a gas tank issue. As far as I was concerned I did not have an exhaust leak that was brought up to my attention later on. And I was not complaining about my speed speedometer or exhaust. When I drove my car in for service it was for the gas tank where I could not fill my gas tank halfway that's it. I did not have any other problems whatsoever with my car. the dealer claimed that I had a exhaust leak and asked if I wanted to replace it I responded by saying yes I took them at their word. The car was in the shop for 2 weeks just about I came in to pick up my car on a Saturday afternoon I drove off with it 5 minutes later I called the dealer back and I explained to him clearly what was going on with my car as I was driving it. Steering wheel vibration off and on sometimes a little hard sometimes a little less but it was obvious that my car had something wrong with it. I bought up the AC issue on my second call. I turn it on because it was hot immediately I noticed something terrible I turned it off because it was vibrating just too much. That is exactly how it went down that day I don't know why the dealer is twisting the situation. Claiming that they cannot reproduce vibration or trembling on my steering wheel and AC while the car is parked or in neutral or if you put it in drive and step on the brake. You don't have to drive the car to produce this problem they are liars they never spent any time with me personally. All they did was argue with me all over the phone yelling demanding that I pick up my car or else and I continue to tell them that my car had nothing absolutely wrong with it when I drove it to their dealership. You said you have a mechanic 20 years of experience never in my life have I heard a comment such as this that it's the characteristics of a model car that's causing this vibration seriously you expect me to swallow that. The vehicles 14 years old with only 13,462 miles on it that car spent its time parked in good care. when I bought the car brand new the steering wheel was silky smooth no vibrations of any kind no humming sounds the exhaust was not vibrateing like it does now.l bought my car in exactly as when I bought it brand new into the dealer for the gas tank issue. It was in a beautiful driving condition when I bought it in and that's not how I got it back. And I want it fixed. Right now what I got is a trembling engine rough dial exhaust trembling at the tips steering wheel trembling when I sit in the driver seat I feel the vibrations are you telling me this is normal. Like your 20-year-old experience mechanic claiming it's the characteristics of the model car we shall see about that. Oh yes I left one thing out gas gauge not working correctly I told Mr Nelson about it sent him a picture of it they gave me the car with a half a tank I got home with almost a full tank the gauge is up and down sporadic they did work in the gas tank no doubt about that they had to in order to put the part that was required to fix the half tank issued and when they give me back the car a second time they did not fix it it's still doing the same thing so much for reproducing. and they also worked underneath the car to install the exhaust system. Now I believe the exhaust system that they put into the car is not up to par. I'm not a mechanic but I know my car it was a beautiful working machine until they worked on it.
