Good Morning Mr. Shumakh, I am glad we had the opportunity to review your concerns on our phone call yesterday. When you car came in on 9-14-20 for a brake concern, we were able to perform a brake rotor resurface on your front brakes, DUE TO OVERHEATING OF FRONT ROTORS, CAUSING THEM TO GO OUT OF ROUND, under a warranty adjustment period, usually its either under 12k miles or 1 time adjustment. , your vehicle was at 12545 miles , this is why there was no charges to you. When you came in on 9-14-21,, mileage 26245, your vehicle was experiencing the same concern, we found the front rotors were out of round due to heat , heavy braking, and required a resurface of the rotors and pad replacement , to eliminate this shimmy pulsation at braking . Since the repair was already performed at 12, 542 we are unable to cover the resurface or brake pads . Brakes are considered a maintenance item and Kings Infiniti are unable to perform any warranty repair unless it s defective component causing concern. With the previous repair ,and condition of rotors we were unable to perform them for you under warranty. Please note the estimate provided included diagnostic charge, which we did not charge you. The total repair for front pads and resurface rotors is $ 352.29 plus tax . Please note your car is safe to drive and you can have your brakes replaced at any Iinfiniti dealership or independent shop at your choice.
