We performed a diagnostic test and this test produced no fault codes in the transmission or engine. These codes direct us to faults that are occurring or have occurred . We did find the transmission fluid level low which may cause a concern under shifting. we refilled your vehicle with transmission fluid and advised to drive a tank full of fuel to see if the transmission produces any faults. Transmission or any other fluids are considered maintenance items and are not covered under warranty, we respectful did not charge you and labor for the diagnostic time we spent on the vehicle . I understood you had an appointment for today 12/19/22 and would personally address your concerns, please feel free to reach out to me any time so i can address your concerns, We strive here at Kings to address everyone's concerns and provide the best service we can.
