I wasn’t satisfied with the service. Diagnostics wasn’t correct . I had to come back the next day due to the same problem from the beginning. After another few days I got my car back Diagnostics wasn’t correct . I had to come back the next day due to the same problem from the beginning. After another few days I got my car back again. I was charged first time $2100 for wrong diagnostic on the way home my car got shut off again and it was danger to others on the road.I blocked the intersection and couldn’t start my car. Second time I had to pay $1275 for same problem. First diagnostic wasn’t correct but I still paid $2100 for it that could of been avoided. Hopefully now I won’t have to come back with same problem again. More

Considering I have a warranty on my vehicle and my vehicle comes with a sunroof and sunroof shade you would think that the sunroof and the shade would be included in the warranty. However, it's not an vehicle comes with a sunroof and sunroof shade you would think that the sunroof and the shade would be included in the warranty. However, it's not and I am expected to pay almost $3000 to have it repaired. Very unfortunate and very sad. However, Matthew is amazing and always goes above and beyond to try to help! He's a keeper and I am going to continue as his customer! Hopefully infinity will change your policy and include the sunroof and sunroof shade. More
