John Russo and the rest of the staff at Kings Infiniti are exceptional. My car was serviced and two days after my car would not start, had to call Triple A, take my car back and Mr. Russo had them look a are exceptional. My car was serviced and two days after my car would not start, had to call Triple A, take my car back and Mr. Russo had them look at my car. There was a wire loose from the battery that happened during the service check. Also, a recalled part was checked and replaced on the car. The staff at Kings Infiniti are exceptionally helpful and courteous. Kudos to you all, I can't complain, if there is an issue, Mr. Russo and the staff deal with it immediately. Thanks for a great experience. More

I wasn’t satisfied with the service. Diagnostics wasn’t correct . I had to come back the next day due to the same problem from the beginning. After another few days I got my car back Diagnostics wasn’t correct . I had to come back the next day due to the same problem from the beginning. After another few days I got my car back again. I was charged first time $2100 for wrong diagnostic on the way home my car got shut off again and it was danger to others on the road.I blocked the intersection and couldn’t start my car. Second time I had to pay $1275 for same problem. First diagnostic wasn’t correct but I still paid $2100 for it that could of been avoided. Hopefully now I won’t have to come back with same problem again. More
