Kings Infiniti service department has nice team to work with not like other two Infiniti dealers I had taken my Infiniti for the service after moving to Brooklyn NY in 2020. We were totally satisfied with the services of Charlotte Infiniti from 1996 to 2019 as and when our Infiniti cars were required services. BRAND LOYALTY is a two way street - It depends more on service after sales.
