This dealership obviously does not invest their resources into their service department. Chairs in the waiting area are all worn down, amenities are lacking. I got here on time and it is now currently 10:40am and I am still sitting here on these pathetic chairs waiting for my car to be finished. When I asked the service rep for a status update, there was no sense of urgency to even attempt to help. Was just told "they are still working on it". Don't buy a car here and expect to receive premium service & attention UPDATE As I was still sitting there waiting at 11:15AM, a big guy (I'm assuming he was the manager) approached me and started making a scene in the waiting room by shouting obscene and racist remarks towards me because I had written my review above. He screamed a bunch of curse words at me calling me "a kid who hides behind a keyboard" and saying that I don't know xxxx. At the end he said "what are you going to complain about next? your wonton soup being bad?" because I am Asian. He told his people to "get him his f*xxxxx car and get him the f*xx out of here" and told me to "never f*xxxxx come here again". When I received my car 10 minutes after the fiasco, I see that it had not even been given the car wash that is promised with every service. I don't even know if I've ever had a worse experience as a customer in any establishment. If this person really is the manager, he needs anger management along with a better attitude. Spewing out racist remarks towards a customer with other customers watching is not good business. When I booked my appointment, the expectation the rep gave me over the phone was 1 hour to 1.5 hours. When I went into the appointment, the expectation the service rep gave me in person was 1.5-2 hours. If you want to be at least decent at customer service, reps should be providing check-ins to the customer at least every hour with an update of how their service is coming along if you know the customer is sitting there waiting. I shouldn't have to be the one to approach you in order to see why my vehicle was taking so long. More
