Good afternoon Mr. Karimov, I am the Service manager, Stephan Soto , I wanted to take a moment to respond to your concerns with your vehicle. We addressed the power steering concern and found that the system was operational ,but the fluid was low. The factory warranty for your vehicle expired on 5-9-20, your visit was 5-26-20 . If this was a defective component we would have Infiniti assist you with a goodwill warranty repair since the virus has caused a disruption in all our lives . Unfortunately the concern with your car was not a warrantable item , it was a maintenance item . Infiniti warranty does not cover topping off your power steering fluid. We charged you for the time needed to verify the system operating pressure, checked for leaks , and top off power steering system fluid . Our diagnostic time is not covered unless we find a failed component. We did advise you of our finding and advised that there is no mechanical defect but a maintenance issue . We only charged you 80.00 for the diagnostic time , and the other charges were for the maintenance you requested we perform for you . We discussed that Infiniti would not allow us to replace all the door components as you requested. We apologize for the frustration you experienced . We found the glass cracked due to the stress on the window regulator and the glass. we replaced the glass under warranty. Unfortunately due to the Corona Virus we were unable to provide to you a loaner vehicle.
