Service was quick and informative. My only negative is regarding the $200 fee for diagnostics to check for issues. If I go in knowing there's something wrong with my car, why have the My only negative is regarding the $200 fee for diagnostics to check for issues. If I go in knowing there's something wrong with my car, why have the customer pay $200 to be told there's an issue with the car? If I can anticipate in advance of what the dealership believes the issue is at a minimum and maximum, then it allows me to make a better decision about next steps and potentially do the diagnostic and subsequent repairs.
