The advisors are polite and professional my only issue is that when we make an appointment for example at 9 am for an oil change why do I have to wait 3+ hours to finish. It’s not right that I have to spend half my day for a simple oil change and this is EVERY time I go. Why bother offering an appointment slot when you still have to wait hours for a service.
