Some of the mechanics are very neglectful and careless. They scratched my car and the manager was quick to blame me, stating it didn’t happen there. They sold me a problematic vehicle and when I went back to change the vehicle they weren't cooperative. I went twice within a week and was given 2 different rates for the vehicle that just left their deale to change the vehicle they weren't cooperative. I went twice within a week and was given 2 different rates for the vehicle that just left their dealership. I could only note a problem after experiencing the problem. I couldn't have brought it to their attention beforehand. I've come to realize that Kings Infinti, is the worst Infinti location in NYC. I know better now. More
