Our Service facility and organization have won Dealer Rater's 2018 and 2019 Customer service awards consecutively and we take our customer's needs and satisfaction very carefully, were you possibly warned in 2017 not to come and decided to come now in 2019? Just to clarify, do you mean "passing out my comments"? I was the person you called and so rudely spoke to regarding picking up my car. After Matt left me a message that I was going to incur storage fees because the car has been ready for 3 days. I explained to you that a family member had left work the day before to try and pick up the car on my behalf but was sent away. Your responses were: 1. It was 5:26pm and he arrived at the parts department (instead of the service center) and they were closed - people want to go home. 2. it was too late for him to go from the parts department to the service center (or for the parts department to call the service center) because the 2 departments were too far away from each other 3. The place closes at 5:30pm. If I went to a bank that closed at 5:30 and I arrived at 5:31pm, I would not be allowed in either. Well - are you a bank?? Or are you a car dealership?? Also, in reference to your bank comparison ; my cousin arrived 5:26pm - not 5:31pm. I had even called Megan ahead of time and advised her that my cousin was on his way - her response was "if he's not here by 5:30pm ON THE DOT you're beat" .. Nice etiquette by Megan, award winning customer service right there. Additionally, if my cousin went to the wrong department instead of the service center - then why was he standing directly in front of my car as Megan told him she is all closed up for the day? Does Megan work in the parts department? Was my car parked in the parts department? After all, Kings wanted my car out of there so badly. LASTLY - I went to start my car days after I got my car back THE CAR DIED. I had to wait for a tow and have it towed to the nearest mechanic. Whoever worked on my car FAILED TO PROPERLY CONNECT THE BATTERY CABLE. Either this was a mistake or this was intentional given the way the staff had already acted - I'm leaning more towards intentional . Like I said, I have been warned not to come to your facility. So to answer your response - I already spoke to you. Maybe you could address the failure to connect the battery cable properly. There is nothing more dangerous than toying with someone's car or failing to properly check a car before you rush to get it out of your dealership that is "tight on space"
