I came in to trade in my old Buick and see what I could get. All the sales folk there were real helpful and nice. They all worked on it and got me a good deal on a new Impala. If I ever need another car, I More

I love the service department at this dealership. They offer free tire repairs (not replacement) and free inspections. I always stop in and have my air added to my tires when my tpms light is on (for free More

My name is Troy Nolte partner and General Manger of Cliff Findlay Auto Center and we participate in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your review you did not share in that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at the dealership. In this particular case the vehicle in question was actualy sold to us for more than the other dealership had listed it on the internet for. It serves us right for not checking their web site first. I do remember approving a sale to you on this vehicle even at a loss to try and make up for the error. I hope you can understand that we cannot control another car dealership even if it has a Findlay name on it as they are all operated independantly of eachother. We certainly wanted to sell you the car. If we had the car advertised on our web site the price is always honored even if a mistake is made, but to honor a price from another dealer that just charged us more than their advertised price to the tune of over $2000.00 does not make alot of sense as we pay to transport the vehicle and then we run it through our shop and service it porperly all of which cost money to do. Even still i had authorised a sale at a loss of over $500.00 just to try and make you happy. I also calle the General Manager to try and negotiate the price down to at least what they had advertised it for, all to no avail. I am very sorry this occured it is a very rare incedent to say the least. Please contact me as i would like to somehow make up for your efforts in this purchase at 928-757-4041

Salesman was very friendly on the phone, and then rather stand-offish at the dealerhsip. I paid cash for my vehicle, and was sneered at when asking for something as simple as an extra key. I felt like th More
