Should not take 4 months to get parts, they do work I told them not to and charged me. I took my car in in April and they said the turbo needed replacement. It took 4 months, numerous phone calls and told them not to and charged me. I took my car in in April and they said the turbo needed replacement. It took 4 months, numerous phone calls and visits and then an angry call from me for them to finally figure out how to get the parts. Also in April I asked how much to replace my headlight, they said $132, that included $100 labor. I told them to take that off the repair order so I assumed when I went in last week to get my turbo replaced that the headlight was taken off like I told them to. Well, they didn't do their job and didn't take it off so they replaced the headlight and charged me. That was not right, More
I wanted to give a shout out to Joyce and Crystal, I believe they're both cashiers there. They are amazing with their attitudes, sweet, and professional. They deserve five or more stars, are friendly, and definitely deserve a raise because I think they deal with some unhappy people who had the displeasure of dealing with a big job with the service department. Kudos to you two ladies! I appreciate your kindness more than you know. I brought my truck in October to have it worked on. They tracked down the issue and communication was amazing. Ended up needing an engine replacement. That's when things went south. They received the engine December 11th. I have been told for about two weeks all they need to do is hook everything up, test drive it, and leak check it. Well it is now January 8th 2024 and I still don't have my truck and they have repeatedly pushed back the completed date which was done twice today.... Steven in service is amazing but when he isn't there the customer service goes downhill. I can't call and get updates and at one time was told "sorry the parts department is closed so I can't give you an update". At this point I'm beyond frustrated and over not only the truck but this dealership. Jeanette is now involved and offered me a rental but I'm afraid it may make my truck that I'm paying on sit there for longer. I'd like to add I left the dealership owner a voicemail Dec 26th and have not received a call from him. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME ITS 1900 INSTEAD OF 500. BAD BUSINESS! BEWARE! Now my truck is being "held hostage" because someone there didn't do their jobs from the sounds of it. I'm never bringing another vehicle to this dealership again let alone buying a chevy. Should've stuck with Ford. More
Best experience at a dealership ever. Henry (James Henry Ellis) couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. We were recently in need of another car after being t-boned. He went out of his way to help us get another car. He listened to our needs and wasn't at all pushy. We told him what we wanted and he didn't try to upsell us. The dealership even threw in a new set of steer tires, along with a full tank of gas. Henry even came and picked us up. Wonderful experience. Very, very happy. More
Took my 2014 cruze diesel in for timing belt, waterpump,tensioner, oil and filters when I picked it up made it 1/2 mile and over heated ( which it never did) but when it got hot there was no cool waterpump,tensioner, oil and filters when I picked it up made it 1/2 mile and over heated ( which it never did) but when it got hot there was no coolant steam or any on ground so that means it was empty of coolant at pick up, dealer had it towed back then told me it was going to cost 1200 dollars for repairs plus 100 for tow, I refused and had it towed home where I fixed a hose there mechanic damaged, cost of my repair was a 45.00 and 1 hr. Total scam! More

Harassement We have a complicated complaint with this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle, financed it through our out of state bank and were called by the fi We have a complicated complaint with this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle, financed it through our out of state bank and were called by the finance department a week later to say the financing had not gone through. Contacting our bank we found this dealership had not done the paperwork that the bank requested. The salesperson called us minutes later to harass us about our credit scores, their trust in us being misplaced, whom we had talked to at our bank, what was their number and our account information on and on leaving us feeling bewildered. He said,"I know who I talk to in our banks finance department, Debbie! You dont know who you talked to??" Only to find out minutes later that this dealerships fax machine was broken, and they had not received the necessary paperwork. So the problem of financing was all THEIR error not ours. The appology we asked for from the salesperson for his rudness and disrespect was not forthcoming. We had already put over $600 out of pocket on this vehicle for tires, oil and filter change, detailing, new headlights,etc. I highly recommend using ANY other dealership than this one. More
