We have probably purchased over 20 new cars in our lifetime and never have we ever had such a friendly, caring group of people. It seemed like everybody there spoke to us, the owner sat down and talk lifetime and never have we ever had such a friendly, caring group of people. It seemed like everybody there spoke to us, the owner sat down and talked with us. The sales manager also took the time to sit with us and talk with us. But, the salesman, Jerry Dannenberger was outstanding! He did not want us to leave without knowing everything we could comprehend about the vehicle we chose. He even called a couple days later to check on us. We were treated better than family. We would and have recommended this dealership to everyone we talk to about our purchase. Travis patiently helped find us the car we were looking for and Janette Christianson (I think) the finance specialist got us pretty close to our intended maximum monthly payment requirements. We almost decided on a Chevy Spark, but are glad to have been able to buy the slightly larger Sonic hatchback. We would have preferred a brighter color (ours is silver/gray....blends in with the highway a little too much) but were glad to they still had a 2013 available in any color at all. Our finances would not allow for the cost of a 2014 model. All in all, a great car buying experience. And the old classic rock music on the P.A. was good too. On a vacation trip to Cali, our family SUV burned to the ground. We just bought this Lexus 9 months ago. Dealing with insurance companies and so on, I was not looking forward to dealing with a dealership or ground. We just bought this Lexus 9 months ago. We live in Surprise, AZ and wanted this to be a one trip ordeal. Wow, They told me about a car I might like, checked it out online. I showed up and the car was ready to go, he worked on the price over the phone and all the paperwork was pretty much ready to go. I have never had a car buying experience go so quickly and easy. They already sent my bank what they needed the day before. This car was nicer than what they said, had more options than they listed, and the trip was so worth the experience. This car is even nicer than the Lexus we lost. I was stressed out and the team there made everything as simple as I think a car dealer can. Thank you guys, Troy, John, Travis More

Having just lost my husband to cancer,this was a new experience having to deal with. I received a recall notice, called the dealership, was given an appointment. So bottom line if u want to feel like a third class citizen go to the Chevy store in kingman! I would never send my worst enemy their!!!! Honda next door was average at least they didn t make me feel like I was useless or something I can t even describe how mad I was at the time I even called for a manager and Shane said he was the only one I could talk to so moral of my babbling never ever go to Chevy in kingman or you will be sorry like me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
