Power Outage I am very pleased with King Windward Nissan and their service team. I went for a complimentary oil change and car wash on September 29, 2018 at 8:15am I am very pleased with King Windward Nissan and their service team. I went for a complimentary oil change and car wash on September 29, 2018 at 8:15am. I didn't get the name of the girl working at the service center desk but she had great customer service skills. When I entered to check in she quickly greeted me and let me know that someone will be right with me. I've been to this service center before and no one has even greeted me and I've stood there waiting for someone to at least acknowledge me. Shortly after the young lady told me someone would be with me I was helped by another service center representative. He was asian and young but he was great as well. Checked me in and let me know they were busy today and quoted me about 1 hour-1 hour and a half wait time. I informed him I would be waiting and I need to leave by 10:30am because I have an appointment in town at 11am. While waiting about 9:15am the power shut off. Again, the girl who greeted me at the front desk for the service center came into the waiting area to inform us of what was going on. I really appreciated her efforts to keep us informed. I was contacted by the guy who checked me in about 15-20 min after the girl came to speak with us because the power had still not be restored. He updated me with the status of my car and I let him know I was willing to wait. About 25 min after that my car was ready to go. Even though I checked in for a 8:15am oil change/car wash and I ended up leaving at 10:00am I am very satisfied with the customer service I received that day. Especially in spite of the unforeseen power outage. I wish I got the name of the girl and guy who helped me on Saturday. THEY MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE! THANK YOU! Also a big thank you to Jessica Kondo who also called, emailed, and texted to confirm my appointment and check if I needed any further assistance. More
Great service My overall experience was very positive. The only issue I have was with the cost of the 30K mile service. My bill was over $1k. I can’t see how an average joe can afford this. I would expect this for a luxury car but not a Rogue. More
