Amazing! I first saw my car on craigslist but it was located at a partner dealership on Kauai. I reached out not expecting to be able to procure the car. Excellent handling of four brake and ABS problem lights lit They took the car and analyzed the problem quickly, Reported back the a part was needed and would be sent overnight. Gave us a loaner (with A/C !) and said we would be called the next day when the job was complete. By noon the next day they called and we had our car returned and it had been fixed and washed. John was our service contact and he did a superb job taking in the car while explaining the problem and related paperwork (it was all covered by warranty), returning quickly with the solution requiring the overnight stay, arranging the loaner car requiring driver licenses, called the next morning with fix news and pickup OK and handled all the paperwork to turn in the loaner and the return of our car. A very professional , efficient and timely handling of what we (wife and I) considered a major problem! More
