Ever since one particular service advisor has been assisting me, this place sucks! My past 3-4 visits here have been for either an oil change or safety check and every single time I’ve waited for at l assisting me, this place sucks! My past 3-4 visits here have been for either an oil change or safety check and every single time I’ve waited for at least 2 hours. Today, I arrived at 8 for my 8:15 oil change. It’s currently 10:20. Other customers have arrived after me for service and have left well before me. I would rather pay for my services else where from now on. More

I really appreciated Ryan for going above and beyond the call of duty when we purchased our Nissan Leaf. He came to our house to let me test drive the car after my husband saw the car at the dealership, the call of duty when we purchased our Nissan Leaf. He came to our house to let me test drive the car after my husband saw the car at the dealership, then Ryan drove to our house again to deliver our car because the dealership was so busy and we couldn’t wait that long for others to go through finance as we had our little kids with us and other errands to run that day. We also had our finance approved by my bank, so this made it easier for Ryan to trust that we had our paperwork ready to go to close the deal. We appreciated him going the extra mile.
