I was referred to King Windward Nissan by my son whose mother-in-law had just purchased a new Versa. This is the second Nissan that I have purchased from King Windward Nissan in less than three years. Cheryl was very thoughtful and offered to deliver my new Sentra to my home. At the same time she picked up my trade-in. The trade-in's battery needed to be jumped, and she took care of that too and drove it away for me. That's what I call exceptional customer service. In addition to Cheryl, everyone including Nashua Solidum, Bill Mickelsen, and the other salesperson (I'm so sorry, I can't remember his name, I'm sure I have his business card) who took the time to show me the cars and take me for a test drive was wonderful.
