We dropped in to look for a used car for our daughter. We were glad to see Sherman that day, who introduced us to Cheryl. Cheryl was professional and friendly, Sherman was professional, friendly and provided us with a perfect suggestion that led us to purchasing a 2010 Cube and 4 Nissans in our driveway. In 2004 we purchased our first Mini van (toyota sienna 2001) from Bobbie at the old location-King Windward. We really loved the services than, such a smooth, no pressure, and relax environment. Well, throughout the years we purchased a house made some bad choices of getting another vehicle at Tony Nissan, only to have it repoe and place me in a bad credit area, this happen in 2006. This year we finally paid off our mini van and was really happy that it took us through alot but, it recently started getting old and it was time to retire, which was really sad because that meant for us to literally go car shopping on my bad credit. Very little to put down we first went to Servco Toyota and my gosh, talk about being treated like dirt and to a point on our first contact with the sales person there it felt like "We were waisting his time" We really felt bummed, not knowing what to do or who to turn to for help. We do pay our bills but, can't change it on the credit report! My husband to he tried going to Tony Groups in Waikele and they too turned him down in an instant! Then, I tried one more time but, before trying I prayed and ask God "Okay, if this is your will you will open the doors" and I hit the submit button. The next day, I had a nice friendy gentleman call me up and said "Hey, Millie I will try my hardest to see what I can do to get you in a vehicle today!" at first, I didn't believe him but, I said okay! Throughout the whole day he was working with mostly me and then my husband. By the end of the night Mark and Matt had me driving home with a 2008 Nissan Quest. King Windward Nissan never gives up on their customers, they never give you unworthy answers or facts, they never make you feel like a your a piece of crap, especially in today's society. Our economy is bad and yes, we have been late on our mortgage that really screwed up on both of our credits and yes, I made a huge mistake of listening to a friend to buy a titan back in 2006 and go over my means of living...But, King Windward Nissan Mark and Matt never once made me feel uncomfortable! In fact, they treat you as if you are family! I will always and forever be loyal to King Windward Nissan..because it's not always about the money, nor the credit! After an internet inquiry on the night before, Cheryl and Sherman (Cheryl's manager) gave me the phone call Best car-buying experience I've had. After an internet inquiry on the night before, Cheryl and Sherman (Cheryl's manager) gave me the phone call by 9:30am in the morning, with some discussion to ensure they have the exact car/color/option my wife wanted. By 11am, I had a price quote over the phone and was ready to buy. When I walked into the showroom, Cheryl was ready to work with me and via the finance manager, I drove the car off the lot within 90 minutes. The time I spent with Cheryl was surprisingly pleasant (relatively speaking compared with other "sales-persons" from my experiences from Cutter Mazda, Pflueger Honda). The process with the finance manager took slightly longer than expected with him trying to sell me extended warranty, rust/paint protection, and gap insurance. I realized the finance manager has to do his job but really, what part of "no, I don't want it" can be understood as "I need more convincing". Then there's the "Oh but it's only 10 dollars more a month". Well, if it's so insignificant, why not give it to me for free? I don't want to take anything away from Cheryl and Sherman. If I need another Nissan, I would definitely go back to this internet sales team. Perhaps I'll just have to be more firm with the finance manager to get the perfect experience. More
Cheryl was very intuitive and helped us make a decision fast. Since we knew we didn't have the greatest credit she ran our budget first and showed us the cars within our price range. She was also VERY HONEST which we greatly appreciated and told us which used cars were still covered under warranty and which would be a better investment in the long run (maintenance and durability). After we had decided and were awaiting approval on our new (used) vehicle, she offered to call us instead of having us wait on the lot (for who knows how long) and that all the paperwork would be ready when she called (which it was!). Maybe it's because she started in the service department, or maybe she just really cares about making sure the right vehicle finds the right owner. Either way if she's still working there when this car is on it's last legs (which will probably be a while), we'll definitely ask for her (or demand she be re-hired to be our sales person hehe) Thanks for everything <3 More
The day that I walked into Nissan, initially I wanted to look and test drive the 2010 Cube. So I had asked to speak with Cheryl (we had corresponded via email prior to the purchase and she kept me up to da look and test drive the 2010 Cube. So I had asked to speak with Cheryl (we had corresponded via email prior to the purchase and she kept me up to date with any specials that had gone on) and she was very friendly. The process was fast, however not rushed and I spoke with Sherman Lee, who was the floor manager that day and again, very friendly. Everything was approved and I got to take my new car home that day. I was surprised because I don't know of any other dealerships that complete that in that amount of time. I enjoyed the overall customer service there. I would recommend anyone to go to this store because they will enjoy it as much as I did. More
