2 stars for making the appointment The reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had such a bad experience just making my appointment. It took 5 phone calls and and half my morning. I The reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had such a bad experience just making my appointment. It took 5 phone calls and and half my morning. I called just to get my safety check done and was half-way done with the appt. when suddenly the girl said she couldn't hear me very well, then hung up on me as I was talking. Ok, so she may not have been able to hear me, but she had my no. and I thought she might call me back to complete the time. I called back and same thing, she couldn't hear me so hung up. I called and before I got transfered again I asked the girl to have her call me back, but she transfered me anyways but hung up on me. Next time I called they didn't even come on the line but transfered my call straight away, then I sat on hold. I decided to leave a message because it was over 10 minutes but nobody called me back. Two hours later I called and was about to just ast for the manager but she could hear me so I just made the appt. Once there, everything went great. I just didn't care for how my calls were handled and as you can imagine I was pretty upset about it the whole morning. Just glad I was able to get it done that day. I kept explaining my situation when I called but ther woman on the phone showed no sympathy, just sounded annoyed, which then annoyed me. I always love ther service staff though! More

Friendly and Accommodating I went in to look at a used Rogue I saw they had in their inventory online. After getting to see it and interacting with Jessica, we ended up talking I went in to look at a used Rogue I saw they had in their inventory online. After getting to see it and interacting with Jessica, we ended up talking about what options I have within my price range. She recommended I look into getting a new Rogue instead since it would only be slightly more than what I was looking at. After a lot of thinking and weighing my options, I eventually went with a brand new Rogue Midnight Edition with a Premium Package addon. Sure, it had a lot more features than I initially went in for, and it was a bit more expensive than what I intended to spend, but we were able to stay within a comfortable monthly payments range that's only slightly higher than what I would've paid for a used car I'm so much happier with my new purchase than I think I would've been with a used car. More
