I’ve had mixed results in the past with service representatives recommending expensive repairs that I couldn’t afford and that I feel could be held off on at that point Other than the mechanics needing to be more careful with not getting my floors greasy, the experience was good. The service manager is making arrangements for my floor mats and carpeted floor areas affected to be cleaned. We really appreciate the shuttle service. Hopefully the repair yesterday took care of a faulty engine sensor that shut down the car while we were driving. I will be in touch with the service manager if I do encounter the same problem again with the engine turning off while driving We will continue to take our vehicle to King Windward Nissan. Not consistent with their service I went for my free oil change and 27 point inspection a month ago, no one mentions I needed a new tire soon even though on my receipt it says they put I went for my free oil change and 27 point inspection a month ago, no one mentions I needed a new tire soon even though on my receipt it says they put are in all my tires. I then went yesterday to get my safety check and was given a failed because they said I had to replace ONE TIRE!!! Are you kidding me, what a waste of my time, my appointment was at 8:00 am and I didn’t get out of there til 10:00 am with NO safety check. I think that they could have just passed me and told me to get a new tire. Now I have to scramble to try and to get new tires by the end of the month. Before my safety check expires. I thought your motto was lifetime friends. I hope my friends would never cause me such a headache and inconvenience, when I could’ve taken care of this a month ago. I would like someone to contact me to explain why the level of service is so inconsistent. More
