I can assure you, I was very much a customer, and very much in your show room. I was spoken to with such foul language, and put down because I was a woman by you, Mr. Costa, who obviously feels that men are superior, and can speak to women in any degrading way that they want. Not only were you completely in the wrong, and your staff, so dishonest, that you had the nerve to make me feel like I was wrong. Why would I actually leave my name, so you can come at me with more hateful comments? I hope that people see this, so they know who you are as a person and as a dealership and never step foot in that place, because I sure wish I hadn’t.

Still haven’t received my refund yet. Was told that it would be done on Monday (after I called about 4 times). It has been a solid 2 weeks of asking for my deposit back. Will not be going back or recommending this dealership to anyone that I know.

Mr. Mercurio, To re-cap your visit, we discussed a loaner vehicle that would be available in 2 months after it comes out of the loaner program. You chose to not leave a deposit or sign a buyers order to secure this vehicle and asked that we let you know when it was available. We did offer you alternate options for another loaner vehicle which you declined. The programs with General Motors change every 30 days as does trade values. All of this had been explained to you and we were honest and upfront with you every step of the way. What you have written in your review does not fall in line with our best practices. Mr. Hailey, We are confused by your review because your wife left here completely satisfied with the services that were performed. Lisa was provided repair options at time of write-up based upon assessment and vehicle mileage from her advisor. The oil change & wheel alignment was reviewed and approved by Lisa. Additionally, the vehicle came in with a brake complaint. We assessed the pads but the vehicle is in need of front AND rear brake rotors. We also recommend a brake fluid flush. Those services were declined at that time. Our service pricing reflects the parts &labor to complete the multiple repairs. Please know our technicians are OEM certified and all work is done to factory standards. Our pricing is in line with the quality of work that is performed and in line with similar dealerships in the area. King O’Rourke is a full-service dealer and is held to a higher standard than most other independent facilities. Please know we take great pride in our work and stand behind what is performed.
