poor experience with service dept. actually they broke the shifter and cable while looking over jeep for maintenance,( so called kid mechanic slammed shifter into park and broke shifter and cable) scaring the shifter and cable while looking over jeep for maintenance,( so called kid mechanic slammed shifter into park and broke shifter and cable) scaring wife to point she started crying, told her she could have been killed by defected shifter and cable.... not............... it automatically goes into neutral, stupid, when cable breaks and all you have to do is step on the brakes to stop. They broke it and tried to cover it up. engine keeps running. they told her she would not have been able to stop.. that is a bold face lie..... never buy from or use them,,,,, ever. then they told chrysler daimer i was a difficult person, chrysler told me on phone this and i told them i would never buy another product of theirs. they said they (kims ) was an independant dealer and chrysler would not back them. also chrysler will not stand behind their products - per chrysler reps words to me personally. so don't buy a chrysler, jeep product and expect to get service and be backed by chrysler on their warranty. not going to happen dude. If they (any dealer) does not want to work or cover the parts, etcc under warranty, they do not have to (per JCD rep). More

I have to commend Kims for the type of people they have working for them. We had tried another dealer and got nothing but greif from them for days and no car.
