On December 31 we purchased a 2007 F150 & Mark Posey was our salesman he was fantastic. I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Sonata from Kim's on 2/10/12. We drove 300 miles round trip to get the car, as it was the one we wanted at the right price point and mileage. I was pleased with the service we received from Paul. However, we were told that there was a front end alignment done on the car before we purchased it, and it is shown on the work order. When after 2 days, we realized it was out of alignment, we called hoping we could get them to have a reciprocal agreement with our local Hyundai dealer to get it aligned correctly. Unfortunately, we were told we'd need to drive back to Laurel to have the work done at no cost. As that would be a hardship, we will instead have to pay for work that we were already told was done. Other than that blip, we are happy with the purchase. If you live in the Laurel area, I would suggest them for a purchase. More
