I submitted an on-line request for a quote for a 2012 Dodge Citadel to Kims No Bull. I submitted the request on the 23rd of April and we picked up the car on the 25th! It was so simple and convienant because I work and have no time to spend in car lots with high pressure sales people. We told them what we wanted, what we wanted for our trade in and what interest rate we had been given by another dealer. Within an hour we recieved an email from Paul Sanchez introducing himself, telling us about what he does at Kims and that Chris Pevey would be in contact by the next day. Shortly after that we recieved an email from Chris Pevey stating he had found the car we wanted but the color was not the one we wanted. We told him we would not settle on color and ask if he could reduce the cost. The next day Chris notified us that he had found the color we wanted. He emailed a copy of the window sticker and outline the discounts we got, the trade in allowance and what the monthly payment would be. We were so shocked because it was such a great offer compared to the other dealers and on-line research we had done. We picked the car up the next day! When we got to Kim's Chris told us to go ahead and take it for a spin. It was unbelievable, it was so much more than we had hoped for; we knew when we went to sign papers there was probably going to be a catch somewhere. When we sat down with Paul Sanchez, he showed us the financial paperwork and the pricing was exactly as Chris had sent us! Paul had us signed and out of his office in a short period of time. Meanwhile Chris had taken the car and filled up the tank, took off our old license plates and even made sure we didn't forget our garage door opener. All this AND, they had to go to Louisiana to get it! Three days, more of a SUV than we ask for, the friendlest salesman I've ever met and we were on our way home. Shortly after we got home Chris was on the phone making sure we got home okay and to see if we had any questions. These new cars have a lot of things to learn just to start them and Chris walked us through them before we left so we had no problems. Well, we heard the advertisement about kim's No Bull in Laurel so we decided to go there, and thank god we did. When we get there a sales person was at our service in just seconds. We worked with Steve Lett and Mike Johnson and we could never have asked for better service than what these to guys gave us. They went out there way to find my Husband the car of his dreams and made him the happiest man in the world.
