After we purchased the truck, we discovered there several features that would normally be standard that were not on the truck. I called Chris and he said he would do his best to make it right. I was looking online for a dealership nearby and came upon your website. I was impressed with the layout of the site and looked at several vehicles. I was contacted right away by Paul, and the next day w upon your website. I was impressed with the layout of the site and looked at several vehicles. I was contacted right away by Paul, and the next day when I called, I was sent to Chris because Paul was off. Both guys were very professional, informative, and knew every answer to every question I had. When I arrived at the dealership a few days later, I was instantly greeted when I pulled on the lot, by a very friendly guy who paged Chris and spoke with me until he arrived. Chris knew me immediately from the conversations we had on the phone. We went straight to the vehicle I had asked about a few days earlier. When we returned from test driving the car, a couple of guys were already assessing the value of my truck I had for trade in. I had a very short wait period while I was greeted by every guy in the place. We then filled out the paperwork, spoke with Paul, and after checking out and explaining every option he could find, we signed the papers and I left driving the car I picked out outline. I cannot express how generously caring these guys were about my situation and wanting to help me. There was no pressure what so ever. I felt I knew both these guys, and had never met them in my life before that day. I got the car I wanted, the deal I wanted, as easy as buying an item online!
