Extremely pleasant!! I was looking around the lot and was welcomed by Mr. Billy Brunson. I was not pressured into anything right away. The staff made me feel very comfortable and tried to assist me with the best offer they could. Billy Brunson was very helpful with choosing between multiple vehicles and offered to take several test drives between the different vehicles. I am very pleased with my desicion to drive from Jackson to Kim's Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Toyota. More

Awesome We weren't even really looking to buy a car on Jan. 12, 2015, but Billy Brunson is a pretty awesome salesman!! My husband and I had to take my Toyota We weren't even really looking to buy a car on Jan. 12, 2015, but Billy Brunson is a pretty awesome salesman!! My husband and I had to take my Toyota Highlander over to Kim's to be serviced. While we were waiting we decided to just go look around at the new vehicles. Billy met us out in the lot and showed us a few used cars that we were interested in. When we told Billy that we have 5 kids and a third row is necessary, he asked if we would be interested in a new 2014 Dodge Journey. We looked at it and took it for a test drive and I just had to have it. Billy got all of the paper work done in a timely fashion and even helped me clean out my old car. He was extremely helpful and honest. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see Billy Brunson if you are looking for a new car. He took his time and even got my phone set up in the new car. More

Very Dissatisfied. I was very dissatisfied with my service at Kim's. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sam the service guy came out and told me tha I was very dissatisfied with my service at Kim's. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sam the service guy came out and told me that I had a flat tire and the stem on my tire was broken and all the air leaked out of my tire and he can fix it for $74.86. My tire was not on flat when I got to Kim's and it was not leaking air. All I wanted done to my tires was a rotation. This is not my first bad experience. I had my car towed in to kim to have a key made because I had lost my orginal key. My car had to sit at Kim's 2 weeks. The first key they made shut down a sensor because it wouldn't program. I remind you everythig was working, I just had a lost key. The serviceman came out and told me that the sensor was gone and it was going to cost me $620.00 to replace it and the key. I was willing to pay for the key because that is what I bought it in for. More
